The biggest inspiration for our cake pairings come from the elements of a fine plated dessert- distinctive flavors, contrasting textures, and pleasing aesthetics.

Baked fresh from scratch, we use the finest products regionally and internationally. We strive to source ingredients that are natural and organic whenever possible. These elements ensure great tasting, sumptuous cake!

Our studio kitchen is filled with unbleached, unbromated non-GMO flours, organic eggs, hormone-free dairy, pure cane sugar, and grass-fed butter.

Expect to find a little taste of the mountain west region in our cakes as well. Colorado’s Western Slope stone fruits, micro brews, smoked caramel, wild huckleberries, and whiskey are a few favorites.
